Here is how the process will work this year:
HOW MANY TICKETS CAN WE BUY?
Each family will be able to initially purchase 4 tickets for the show.
These tickets will be available for purchase on four dates -
TUESDAY, APRIL 10TH THURSDAY, APRIL 12TH,
TUESDAY, APRIL 17TH and THURSDAY, APRIL 19TH.
If your family requires any tickets above this quota of 4, you may request additional tickets at the email address below anytime after 8 a.m. on Friday April 20th.
Any tickets not purchased by the end of day of April 19th will be then available for purchase by those on our waiting list. Each person on the wait list will be able to purchase an additional two tickets per family until they are sold out. I will contact you directly if tickets become available.
Note: every person that enters the theatre requires a ticket (including young children that may want to sit on your lap!) due to fire regulations. Even if they are free of charge, they still require a ticket for entry.
Your dancers do NOT require a ticket as they will be backstage and in the dressing rooms for the duration of the show.
HOW DO WE BUY THESE TICKETS?
You can request your tickets by email (preferred) at yalenkaevents@gmail.com or by contacting Michelle Dowhan (Malenki Zirky mom), Cathy Reitz (Iskra mom) or Marlene Cain (Kvitka mom) during regular rehearsal time. If ordering by email, please include your Name, dancer class(es) and Number of Adult/Student/Senior/child tickets. Once your order as been processed and confirmed, we will make arrangements for delivery and payment (usually at your next dancer’s class). You can pay by cheque (preferred) or by cash.
TICKET PRICES:
Adults: $10
Students/Seniors - $5
Child (five years and younger) - free
