Call Times: 1 hour prior to show start for your first show.

There is no sign in with the Festival, just with the stage manager. INSTRUCTORS: we will not wait for late comers. Please ensure all your performers are in costume, warmed up and ready to go. The stage manager will begin her backstage check 30 minutes prior to curtain up. We have 119 Performances over the course of the 2 day Festival.

If you have down time between shows, please feel free to mingle in FULL COSTUME, or street clothes. Please do not wear partial costumes in the Festival Hall or Lobby as it looks terrible. There will be many opportunities for photographs and we always have media mingling. Please respect the level of yourself and present yourselves as such. We do encourage you to wear your Group 'swag' so people know who our awesome performers are!

Dressing Room: Is in the Rose Room. Turn right after you pass through the lobby of ARC. and it is not locked during the day. Please secure valuables in the trunk of your car, with a trusted audience member or in the Festival Office. The Festival is not responsible for lost or stolen items, so please keep your valuables secure.

The Dressing Room will be locked during the Zabava and overnight. You may leave your costumes there if you are performing both days.

FOOD: The Festival will provide an ongoing sustainable snack for performers in the ROSE ROOM only. Ukrainian Food is available for purchase. The bar area in the ROSE ROOM will house the food. We ask that you do not take food out of that area near other people's costumes or eat in your own costumes.

VOCALISTS: You will have a sound check opportunity on the morning of your performance before the Festival opens to the Public. This is not a full run through of your performance. Make sure you are happy with your levels and your mikes are spiked.
